Our Tissue Viability service provides specialist nursing for wound care and pressure ulcers.
The tissue viability service is available to anyone aged 18 and over who is living in Cheshire West.
To access the tissue viability service, please speak to your GP or other health professional. They will be able to make a referral if they think our service can help. Alternatively, you can make a self-referral or a referral as a family member or carer.
Monday to Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm.
